Who

Born in Scotland, Ebony Dee Cheyne has been immersed in the fashion world since childhood with hair stylist and creative business entrepreneur parents. She was always surrounded by fashion industry insiders and gained a wealth of knowledge about imagery and image making from both sides of the camera as a model in childhood and teenage years and published photographer by age 12 and it was these early experiences from which she developed her love for fashion and imagery.

Ebony began to learn her craft by studying every aspect of imagery including: graphic design, advanced Photoshop, studio lighting, photography, fashion styling, printing, website design, marketing, video and editing achieve her BA Degree in Manchester, England.

She further expanded her skills in photographic digital post production, and fashion styling when given the opportunity to join the creative team of Robert and Kay Lobetta in Los Angeles, CA. Shortly after arriving in LA Ebony was awarded an 0-1 Visa for Extraordinary Ability and EDC Digital was born. It was during this time her clients gave her increasing responsibilities that the company expanded to include clients such as Vogue, Elle, MOMA- NY and L’Oréal.

After traveling to Paris as the fashion stylist for a world tour show, she immediately fell in love with the city and decided to make it her home. So after eight years in California, she moved her business to Paris, France. Since then, Ebony Dee Cheyne Photography has continued the work for American based clients while also expanding it's client base in Europe.
