My Story:
From Fashion Shoots to Life Shifts
Moving around the world, from Scotland to Los Angeles, Paris to Amsterdam — I’ve lived a few lives already. Working in Fashion Styling, Specialised Post-Processing, and Photography, I always loved bringing big creative visions to life for brands, and working with people I grew up watching on the big screen. It is exciting and humbling.
During this time I saw behind the smoke and mirrors of some of the most idolised people in Hollywood and saw everyone is human and has physical and emotional pain. Often they could not live up the perfect persona that was presented. Now this phenomon has grown expedentionaly for the masses with sm and filters etc being so avalable and easy to use with no integrity to reality.
As this side of the industry became clearer, life was about to take me in a different direction personally. Extreme chronic health issues I’d been pushing through my whole life became impossible to ignore. I was living abroad, navigating doctors, language barriers, pain, and burnout — all while trying to keep up appearances and keep my career going. I felt so ashamed of my symptoms because I saw them as weakness. Eventually, something had to give. And it did.
Finally, after a lifetime of being gaslit by the people who should have helped me, the unexplained symptoms have names - Endometriosis, Andemyosis, Celiac, Dysautonomia, Fructose Intolerance, Histomine Intolerance, Caffeine Intolerance, ME(CFS), Hypermobility, HEDS, Neuro Divergence, and all the struggles that come with those. I have spent more than the last decade embracing all the modalities possible to improve my own health and wellness and believe it is possible to improve and even turn around your health with the right support and choices, with actual guidelines it was possible to truely recover from a myriad of overlapping and confusing symptoms, but they were not in my head. It takes real gumption to go against a system that doesn't understand you,
Now, I bring all of that into what I offer — coaching, photography, and a curated archive of fashion and tools to help you reconnect with your power, your presence, and what you’re really here for.
Because when you feel like yourself again — grounded, seen, and in alignment — everything shifts.
